log shows incoming fax, but no email

The incoming-fax log shows I received a fax a few days ago, but I've still not received the email that would let me download it. (It would not have gone into the spam bucket; I've set up a filter to prevent that.)

Isn't there some way to get that fax?

Does it show more than zero pages received? My log shows a lot of calls with 0 pages, and given the caller ID on a couple of the entries, I suspect those are misdials from a voice line.

No, it shows 10 pages received. I know who sent it.

Check to make sure there are I typos in the email settings for your FaxLine in the member tools. Then, check any spam filters you may be using. Let us know if you get it sorted out!

Oh, and to test, use the "send a fax" Member Tool to send a PDF to your FaxLine number. =)

I have the same issue today 7/17/13.
Sonic Labs "fax line history" shows 1 page received, but the gmail account configured to receive (and confirmed by email from Sonic) does not show any corresponding email with the expected fax content (as pdf) as of 1.5h after sending fax. Obviously I checked spam folders and filters etc. Any idea why? Should I use Sonic email instead of google email?

If you send me an email or pm with your username I can check to make sure that we at least attempted to deliver the email with the pdf.

My second incoming fax on 7/20/13 was delivered as pdf into the sonic web email server, as expected. The same incoming fax was not delivered into my gmail account and not delivered into my apple email account. In other words, in the fax line configuration I specified as fax recipients 3 email accounts (sonic, gmail and apple email) of which only sonic received the incoming fax. Is there a restriction which email accounts can be configured as fax recipient?

No, but the remote mail service may be silently discarding the mail or moving it to a spam folder, etc.
