Hello, I was wondering if anyone is having issues with Sonic and accessing the Disney+ app? It works on my phone with the phones internet connection but it will not for anything work with any of the televisions or computer connected to the Sonic wifi. I have tried to contact Disney about this but the wait time is crazy and I have uninstalled & re-installed the app & re-started the internet as well with no luck what so ever. Anyone that has this issue or has resolved it please let me know what you did to make it work.

I have also been having issues like this with Disney+ and I currently do not have Sonic internet services at my home. Sonic does not restrict the use of Disney+.

Please make sure other streaming services are working and possibly test your speeds to make sure you have a stable connection. If you have any issues with your connection contact our support team.

Disney+ has been working for me, via my Sonic Fusion X2 connection.

I have seen some press coverage about streaming issues, and there are lots of reports here too:

What playback devices have you tried? Laptop on Ethernet versus Roku on WiFi, etc? Any differences?

We run Disney+ without issues on our Sonic Connection at home (on Apple TV Box and Amazon Fire Stick 2nd Gen). It seems that overall Disney underestimated how popular their service would be and they have struggled a bit with streaming issues overall.
