Super slow speed! What's up?

In Alameda and never had trouble before today. Tried 3 browsers, restart, reset modem, etc and still moving at a snails pace when I can get connected.

yes last 2-3 days even im having problems in sunnyvale area.Also im seeing my loosing connectivity 2-4 times a day for last 2-3 days.

Yes, it was wickedly slow yesterday and is still so today. And I've put up with a lousy throughput for a long time, so that's saying something. I'm in Oakland and just did a speed test (speedtest.net) and ended up with 1.32 MB0/sec download and 0.31 MB/sec upload communicating with a test server if Berkeley. That's even worse than usual and gives me an 'F' grade - usually I get a D!

You three should all ring support, they can resolve any issues of speed or reliability with your connection! Just call 611 from your Fusion line, or 707-547-3400 - we're here until 11pm!
