In case anyone out there wants to write a simple ip6tables(firewall in linux) for the 6in4 tunnel used for Ipv6 at sonic can refer to my blog post

posting it here as it took me couple of hours to find any information related to ip6tables and then on top of that , how to write a script on 6in4 tunnel as HE and Sixxs etc dont use this I guess.
