Send A Fax: Transmission Resolution?

When I upload a PDF to send via fax, in what resolution is the fax sent?

I hope it's at least "fine" resolution, which is barely acceptable at 204x196 DPI. Standard resolution is 204x98 DPI, which is utterly illegible.

Fine, or 204x196.
