I am new user with Sonic and need some help. Support told me that the port for RDC was open so I should be able to connect. But no luck.
what I have a fixed IP
1.Router Pace 4111N set to act as DCHP issuer, firewall and NAT
a. Under firewall: I set pinhole for "XP remote desktop"
2.behind that I have a server, a workstation connected to that server.
3. Have set up the workstation to accept remote connections
On the remote client
1. I have setup the RDC as follows
General: Computer the static IP address
User name: administrator
Experience: high speed broadband 2MPS-10MPS
advanced: I have tried all combinations that I can think of
Still no access to the workstation.
Can anyone help?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Screenshots of your configs would help.

It sounds like the server needs to forward the RDC to your workstation.
Your setup seems to be? router->server->workstation
Unsure how your network is setup, if your workstation is on a different subnet.
