Curpt Files

Hello, I opened a Sonic email copied its content and pasted it into Word to print. When printed it was curpt. This happened yesterday too in the new email program. I opened my Outlook email and did the same thing and it worked just fine. I have scanned copies if you would like to see them.

Next time in word, use "paste special" and paste as plain text.

Why not just print directly from the email application?

Bad formatting, no ability to adjust the formatting, email spills over multiple pages due to large irrelevant headers, etc.
