Not a fan of the new webmail application for use on the iPad. 90% of my email is read on that device for multiple accounts.

Does not shrink to iPad screen which causes a lot of fumbling back and forth and accidental "clicks".

We are working on an improved interface for the tablet devices.

Meanwhile though, you can add multiple accounts to an iOS device - and using IMAP, they will all remain separate, in sync, and quite tidy. This is native to the iPhone and iPad, just go to Settings, Mail, Accounts / Add Account... "Other".
