The Fusion Voice App quit working this evening. When I try to reconnect (Add a Line) from the app, I get "Cocoa error 3840".

Membertools shows everything correctly configured for voicemail, but under Mobile Devices there are no devices listed. This account has been accessed regularly by an iPhone 5 and an iPod Touch 4.

Anyone else seeing problems, or is this limited to one account?

Hi,
Both my brother and I experienced problems this evening.
My brother tried to turn call forwarding off via the app (which he had been doing routinely) and got an error.
He then uninstalled the app, reinstalled it and got cocoa error "the operation couldn't be completed coca error 3840"

He contacted me to see if I was having problems.
I looked at the my voicemail, which previously had two unread voice messages.
The voice messages were gone from the app.
When I go to line settings to look at settings, I get: "The operation couldn't be completed cocoa error 3840"

So this issue seems to be affecting multiple accounts

I'm getting the same at the moment. The settings look correct from the web, but it shows no mobile devices.

I fixed this a bit earlier today. Looks like an automatic upgrade took out mod_perl on the API servers for the application. Monitoring on the servers doesn't include actually making API requests so we'll get that fixed up.
