Slow speeds

When I first got Sonic my speeds were 225 mps. Now it's down to 7 or 8. What's going on?

It is likely your devices are connected to your 2.4Ghz wifi network. You will want to connect to the 5Ghz wifi network. As a default it should be your wireless network with a -5G at the end. If this does not fix the issue you can try restarting your router.

Hello everyone. I just moved and ordered Sonic internet with a phone line. There were two levels of speeds available when I ordered. Up to 30 Mbs and up to 60. I chose 60 since I came from cable with the speed 115Mbs. Now, a week after installation,my speed has never been more than 9Mbs. Should I call the customer service or maybe Sonic specialists monitor this forum and can help to resolve this? Thank you.

Contacting Support is your best bet, as those folks have troubleshooting tools and can dispatch a technician if needed.
