I know many credit card machines work just fine with Fusion service, but does anyone know if a CC machine designed to operate over an analog line at 300 or 1200 bauds would have any problem on a Fusion line?

Shouldn't be a problem. The Fusion line is compatible with analog devices, like fax machines and credit card terminals.
