I received this mail:
"Dear Sonic Webmail Account Subscriber
This is to inform you that due to recent spam complaints in
our web database system, our investigation shows that
webmail.sonic.net account is compromised and frequently
send out spam messages."
Then it asks for name and password to be sent to a google form.
Maybe sonic should send a message to its subscribers to warn them to not answer?...

These kinds of phishing attempts are fairly common place and we put a fair bit of effort into trying to keep them out of people's inboxes. In cases where one does get through our filters it is best to forward them (as an attachment, if possible) to abuse@sonic.net . That way we'll have an intact copy of the message that we can use to update our filters.

I hope that we've done a good job educating our customers to never reply to these kinds of messages.
