Hi Sonic,
when I work from home, I use RDP / mstsc into an amazon box , and get an error that
"this computer can't connect to the remote computer"
I am using the same laptop that I use at work, over there ( at work site ) I can connect fine.
In addition, when I rdp from my home ( on the sonic connection ) , my outlook drops/loses connection and so does "skype".
The IP address I'm connecting is 107.21.218.77
and I can use tracert to see that I'm getting into amazon's firewalls, but MSTSC / rdp croaks.
Can you please check if there's something on your end that might be blocking my rdp into 107.21.218.77
