I just did a test of the beta toggle between annex A and M, with some uninspiring results.

Odd. I'd guess your upload speed is capped at about 1Mbps. I'd suggest writing to support to ask they check and remove.

Yup, just checked, and indeed your line was capped for downstream at about 1Mbps. I've fixed that. We'll have to see if this is a configuration problem for more of our customers.
Give the Annex M configuration a try again and let us know how it compares.

Everything is working well and the new tool is a welcome feature that's nicely implemented.
With my configuration and connection, Annex M gains about 35% upload speed while loosing about 30% download speed.
