That's the caller-ID, the number left in robocall voicemail, and the number reported widely online as a Microsoft Support spam caller.

Surely you can block this one?

The robocaller ignored the SIT tones I have recorded at the beginning of my Sonic voicemail message.

510-9213-936 and 510-9213-937 both show as "Quicken Loans" and are clearly scams. Receiving multiple calls a day.

Hey Sonic folks!

Surely you can block this unique sequence -- the idiot programming the robocaller put a string that's clearly not a phone number into Caller-ID

Said robocaller has called our Sonic landline repeatedly.

SIT tones apparently do force the robot to hang up.
