Netflix Super HD requires that your Internet Provider is part of the Netflix Open Connect network. Please contact your Internet Provider to request that they join the Netflix Open Connect network so you can get Super HD.

According to that page, we are already part of the network.
Your Internet Provider is ready for Super HD!
Did you visit it from one of our broad band connections?

And was Javascript enabled?

I also got the "ready for" page, but only after I told NoScript that the page was permitted.

When I look at the info for a program that is supposed to be in SUPER HD the SUPER HD label is not showing. Anybody getting the SUPER HD label? I have an LG smart TV. I called Netflix and was told that we might not have enough band width. Does that sound right?

Their website says you need at least 5mbps, so that probably isn't the issue on your circuit.

I get the Super HD logo on my Apple TV, but not my older Roku box.
