Anyone else without fiber service right now in East Oakland?

It’s just after 11PM on Thur 6/13. My service has been down for almost an hour, I noticed it at 10:10 so missed Sonic support by 10 minutes.

My ONT looks fine, but the Service light on my Pace 5268AC is flashing rapidly (green). According to the manual this means that the router is trying to connect to the network.

Anyone else having issues?

No reported outages at that time or now. Have you power cycled the ONT and router since then? If you are still having issues you can DM me here with account information and I can look into that or feel free to contact support.
