turnaround time on support email?

Any idea how long I should wait for a response on a support email question? I opened a ticket (#2186164) yesterday morning--almost 36 hours ago--and other than the "we got it" autoresponse note, I haven't received anything back from support. Granted, it may not have been the most exciting issue ever brought up, but heck, I pay my bill, so how about throwing me a bone, support-wise?

It looks like folks got to the ticket. Did they resolve things to your satisfaction?

Yep, looks good: my problem has been fixed (manually), and the tech elves are looking into the underlying problem for a real fix. Thanks for the follow-up.
