Any idea how long I should wait for a response on a support email question? I opened a ticket (#2186164) yesterday morning--almost 36 hours ago--and other than the "we got it" autoresponse note, I haven't received anything back from support. Granted, it may not have been the most exciting issue ever brought up, but heck, I pay my bill, so how about throwing me a bone, support-wise?
