I'm looking for a good modem for Fusion. My Motorola died this past week, and picked up a Netgear DM111PSP which unfortunately has a 8MBps and .5MBps downstream/upstream limitation in the firmware apparently.

Anyone out there who's tried a few, or has experienced a replacement that does well, speeds over 15MBps, fire away...I'm all ears.

Thanks, but after reading about the Pace 4111n no bridging and IPV6 with that device, it's not an option. I'd prefer to remain using my linux based router, and static IP without ordering an entire block to keep that capability.

Perhaps if it had a realistic amount of port-forwarding triggers available, it might work, but alas, I've read it has a limited amount of those.

I really need a bridge to work with my router or Cisco gear(when I use it) to utilize the static.

Again, perhaps moving to a business line is really the answer here? I'm all ears.

I have these two devices; they both work fine for me. I also tried a Linksys/Cisco X2000 and the DSL modem part seems really crappy (slow speed and frequent sync drops). I have not had any experience with the Pace device... I already have wireless routers, so for me it wasn't worth buying one just for test.
