Looks like the FCC is going to, on a weekly basis, publish a list of numbers of telemarketers and robocalls that have come in as consumer complaints. You can read more about it on Ars Technica and grab the first weekly list from the FCC. A little Perl script (or whatever the kids are using these days) and Sonic's spam keeper-outers could add even more numbers to the blocked numbers list.

On Wednesday the Federal Communications Commission said that it would begin releasing a spreadsheet every week of numbers belonging to robocallers and telemarketers in the hopes of making it easier for third parties to build Do Not Call functions into their products.
