Thanks for you attention on preventing spam. For the record, no spams today! Seriously, though, we appreciate the attention to stopping spam. You guys are great!

Thanks for the feedback, Kelsey has been working hard to improve defenses. Another thick layer of armor has been added recently.

FYI, 85% of email is spam these days. It's astounding.

Thanks, Dane. My family and I have been Sonic customers since 1995. My parents especially appreciate the tech support that you guys have.

You probably don't remember me, but we sorta worked together at SRJC back in 1994.

Ugh, today got one with "Penis pills" as the subject line. Since they used my email address as the sender SA sent it through.

Grifters driving millions crazy to get at that one "mark". Even in the forums I frequent, spammers sign up for accounts so they can insert spam-links.

Anyway your efforts are paying off. You are one company that goes the extra mile where otherss might shrug their shoulders.

2 spams got through today. Thing is, one of them used my address as the sender so now I have to blacklist my own address!!

Why do you have your own address whitelisted in the first place? Probably better to just remove that for starters.

I never manually whitelisted my own address; I figured it must be a default setting in SA. Either way, I blacklisted it now.
