List price for an Adtran TA5000 combo OLT card seems to be somewhere around 20-30k for 8 ports. So not exactly a cheap upgrade...
Consider the following just guess work:
$32,000 per 8 port OLT card, and 128 splits per port is $31.25 per ONT end point plus the ONT cost.
