Starts off claiming to be "National Something Energy Mumble" and "not a sales call, an information-only call" then wants to tell us PGandE has a solar power program and then they want to know how much electricity we use.

Disguised sales pitch.

Told them to add our number to their do not call list.

800-notes says the companybehind this has a failing grade "F" rating from Better Business Bureau for customer complaints.

(347) 838-5930 says I'm in big trouble and will be arrested if I don't call him back. yeah right. this thing leaves a looping message that resulted in a 10 minute long voice mail. gunking up storage space as well as bandwidth. block 'em!

Found mentioned as a bot caller at a site new to me that collects reports from multiple sources.
Might be interesting. They mention complaints about this caller usually are on Fridays.
