This prick is one of many telemarketers using fake random local numbers to defeat Nomorobo. He calls two or three times a day from a different number every time. On every answered call he promises to call back some more. Sonic needs to find out which sleazy network these calls are coming from or give up on being a real telco.
I'm VERY close to closing my Sonic.net account. The embarrassingly antiquated network and the phone not being usable for incoming calls leaves me with no reason to stay. Comcast, as offensive as they are, couldn't be any worse.

Wanna bet? I get a lot more robocalls on my Comcast Voice line than I do on my Sonic line. Besides, Sonic filters inbound calls before they even ring once. I have NoMoRobo set up on my Comcast line, but it rings once or twice before NoMoRobo picks it up and blocks it. And you can't even implement NoMoRobo on an AT&T line (they don't support simultaneous ring).
