LOTS of google hits for that number showing up in calls by scammers

"message" left -- 4 seconds of background noise and voice, not talking into the phone. Only audible word is the last one, "cancel" -- guessing it's a trainee phonespammer in a boilershop, from the sound.

The pattern of a state name and the word "Call" is pretty common to a lot of different callers lately

That's the default for several of the CNAME databases when the number isn't found in the database.

Pity there are so many different sites trying to offer the same service.
Great way to split up the reports to make it harder to determine patterns, eh?
