That's not currently in the feature set, I'm afraid.

In the last day or two I cannot Read or Reply to messages. What's happened? I can still Delete, Mark, Find, Display by Unread/Unanswered etc, etc.
Is there a way to change column width? Searched Help but found none.
And woops -- since when does Ctl-Z delete EVERYTHING in this box?

Could the login box be at the top of its screen instead of in the middle? At 100% scale on my portable, it's so far down that I have to scroll down to use it.
At least till y'all get the 'keep logged in' working. It's dropping me rapidly.

This is a minor issue, but ...
When looking at the list of messages, the "Mark ..." button is greyed out and unusable until at least one message has been selected. This makes sense.
However, when I have a message open, the "Mark ..." button should allow me to mark a message as "Unread." But the button is greyed out, so I can't.
Oh, wait a sec. Even though the button is grey while I'm looking at a specific message, I can click on it and then mark the open message as unread, read, unflagged, or flagged. Hmmm...

On the Display pulldown, where you have the options "All...Unread...Deleted...Not deleted", could you add "Marked for deletion"?
I like to do the final delete here after marking them in Thunderbird.

I do not like the fact that a function that was previously there is no longer there. It USED to be that I could go to the top of a page, click the checkbox, and all of the items on that page would be checked. Then, I could delete them, and clear out my mail box very readily. When I signed in today, not only was the format different, but I had to individually check each and every e-mail before deleting it. No clicking at the top of the page. When I did that, I got a page with a bunch of stuff that did not have any explanation with several function boxes checked.
If you're going to change functionality IT HELPS TO HAVE AN EXPLANATION *SOMEWHERE* about what all the new stuff means. While it might be obvious to YOU, it was not obvious to me, the user. What is this new tool feature, and how can I get the capability that I most valued back?
Also, I do not care for the "new" format. I suppose that I could get used to it, but it would have been nice to have some sort of warning other than the login box being different.
You (Sonic) has to remember that you need to warn and inform users about any changes you are making to the product that they have become used to. You need to provide information and instructions about how to use the newly done Webmail, and any other functions that have been changed. In other words, you need to do some technical writing for your users. Just because the development team thinks the new product is "neat and spiffy," does not necessarily mean that the user will see it the same way. Especially when the change is unexpected for them.

I thought the same thing about selecting all but then discovered the drop down menu choice directly below the list of messages, called "Select", which has "All" on it - that is where to select them. You could select all and then check box for those you don't want deleted.

I hope you'll find
https://wiki.sonic.net/wiki/Webmail#Selecting_Messages helpful. Also, the Squirrelmail interface is still available at
https://legacy-webmail.sonic.net/ if you prefer.

We announced the upcoming changes to the webmail interface several months ago both through this forum and through the login interface for our previous interfaces. A vigorous discussion of its merits and flaws was held right here for all to see. You'll find 40 pages of such discussion in this very thread.

I agree that documentation is important, though I think you're mischaracterizing how this was rolled out. What we have up reflects the feedback we received internally from our own staff and from the public (both through the forums and individual contact with our support department).

The text in the new webmail app on my computer has shrunk to almost 4 pt, barely visible unless I hover over the keyboard and squint to read and type.
Does anyone know if this is me and my new refurb Elitebook 8470p running W7 - or is there a setting in the app?
Thanks,
Arlie

Fixed it by using control plus and minus. Duh!
