Since this post has been brought back from the dead and all -- yeah, this turns out to be a succinct summary of my experience over the past few days. Friendly, terrible service. ATT came out immediately and addressed what they could, then passed the issue back to Sonic, who totally fail and fail again. Multiple phone calls, long waits, and charming customer service folks who can't actually do anything and whose notes don't make sense to one another. First service date I was offered: two weeks out. After escalating, 1 week out. During a pandemic, when I am supposed to work from home. Hello, Monkeybrains? SIGN ME UP.
Don't use Sonic.

I have to agree with you 100% I just canceled my service after about 1.5 months. Every day from 1-4pm internet will be down for 40 seconds randomly. Makes playing online video games impossible and so frustrating. I would rather spend 3 times the price for reliable service.
