I'm near berkeley bowl west and I called to get an update on my Sonic pre-order and apparently my pre-order was cancelled without my knowledge. Disappointed that Sonic would not only cancel my pre-order, but also not even tell me. Unless I had followed up I would have never known.

I hope they reinstated your Pre-order. Mistakes happen.
Now I'm glad I get those monthly Pre-Order $0 bills. (I see at
https://members.sonic.net/account/account_info/ that my Pre-order is still in effect, whew!)

I just logged in and I have exactly one year of Pre-order invoices now. Still active and excited for 2019. Come on sonic team you want to activate FDA39 next there is a little voice that keeps saying FDA39,39,39....

How do I find out what my FDA is? (Is there a map? And what's an "FDA"? "Food & Drug Administration"?)

The only way to find out is Dane at this point. He has told a few people who asked. Sonic is not publishing a map to protect themselves from the competition. I know my area is FDA39 but have no idea what is next to me. No idea what it stands for

I saw sonic truck working on a pole right next to my house (Oregon and Ellsworth). Wonder how much longer till I get connected.
