I see the new default theme of this update perpetuates the awful fad of light color text on a bright background. Why it's desirable to make something you read, more difficult to read, is counter-intuitive. In addition, I find myself blinking more hoping to avoid eye strain. And the flat editor buttons, oh my, it looks as if all the life has been sucked out of them. Years of button evolution, gone. At least the color choices here are not as bad as the Mozilla Community forum, which is terrible and they appear to be completely clueless just how bad it looks. Fortunately, there are HTML changes I can make locally.

BTW, the "Preview" button is slightly broken. When clicked, the page refresh doesn't move the page up far enough to show the entire preview.

Thanks for the feedback. We made the font color of post text a bit darker, does that seem any easier to read? It's not black, but is darker than the previous dark grey text.

Also, thanks for pointing out the "Preview" button issue. Because we modified the template to use a fixed header, it ends up covering part of the preview container. I've fixed this by adding more space above it.

Can't say I disagree with you about flat buttons. Late 2000's 3D buttons were all the rage, then MS and Google decided 3D was out and starting a few years ago flat buttons because all the rage. <sarcasm>Can't wait to see what's next...</sarcasm>

Unfortunately, we probably won't do much customization in the way of the button styles, but I'm keeping my eye on the base theme for changes, so we'll bring any improvements there in.

Your input is appreciated - the new style is an improvement in many ways (especially on mobile phones/tablets) but is also quite a change, I'm still getting used to it myself.
