The LAN is fully dual-stacked, as it has been for years. Both IPv4 & IPv6 work as they're supposed to.
The WAN was, as well, until this switch to SonicFTTN, which breaks IPv6.
Whether IPv6 on the LAN is enabled or disabled is irrelevant to this problem; it it completely insensitive to the networking stack arch.

This is me learning IPv6 - how are you getting a valid, routable IPv6 address in your queries if you can't get out? For me with FTTNx2, I managed to get it configured, but it was causing problems accessing Wikipedia and a few other sites that I ended up turning it off.
Most people on the U-verse boards are telling people to turn off IPv6 if you really don't need it.

Double check your DNS servers. The Sonic ones don't work with FTTN. Use AT&T's, OpenDNS or Google DNS.

I looked through our logs and anti-spam measures. I don't see anything that would explain
the issues you are having. When you try to post the web server is returning a 408 error response.
If you can could you send us a tcpdump of you trying to make a post?
