Please block 415 255-2603. The caller ID was Hale Ventures, which is in Texas. But when I looked up the San Francisco number it belonged to Golden Gate Integral Counseling.

It is obvious someone is spoofing the number. Thank you!

This is the problem with spoofed numbers. The number that appears isn't the actual number that's calling and it actually belongs to a valid person or business. As such, if blocked, you're blocking a legitimate person or business and does nothing to stop the actual spam caller, since they'll just use a different spoofed number to get around the blocking.

It's a useless whack-a-mole process, unfortunately.
