The number 415-682-6308 is a robocall that is getting though Nomorobo. The robocall says that it is bill collector "trans-world systems" and requests a callback for the collection of debts without asking for a particular person or anyone else by name. When reverse looking up the number 415-682-6308 doesn't appear to be owned by anyone.

This number gets through nomorobo - it may be spoofed - 6508582298. They are selling "free" resort visits.
