202-239-8434 I received a robocall from this number on 10/5/2016. My caller ID also displayed the name "JOHN GOEPEL." The message left on my voicemail was that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and that to get more information about this case file I was to immediately call 202-239-8434. I ignored the scam but decided later to report it here.

Internet says this is spam from a telemarketer. Have been harassed several times a week at all times of the day for the past two months. The caller lets it ring and ring so that I have to turn off the ringer, or disconnect.
