Robocall from "Private Name Private Number" woman's voice claiming to be calling from Google to help local business get better search results, no callback number, "Press 1" to sign up for the service or "Press 2" to cancel.

Uh... that's Sonic's outbound fax server. It appears someone is trying to send a fax to you from Sonic's "Send a Fax" service. Sonic should be able to trace who is doing that.
