I got a spam/phishing call @ 8:58am today from 415 690-2036. At first it didn't seem pre-recorded, but when I heard the "you've been selected for a vacation" I said "stop, stop, stop." When the verbal barrage continued without a break, I hung up. Who is this? Can they be blocked?
