Will surrounding Zones see an increase in speed as a result of the proximity to the Fiber point, or will you still be running to AT&T's fiber for the dsl customers? I am one block away from Zone 1 :(

No, until we run Fiber to your home, you'd still be on copper based Fusion service, directly connected to the telco central office.

Yes!! We finally see Fiber coming to Sunset. I am way over on 41st and Ortega. Although I am sort of happy with my dial line fushion, but I really want to see Fiber coming to my house. I am not sure if my house is in any of your plan. Do you have any estimate when it is going to happen? I will pay to have fiber hook up if I can!! Thanks Dane.

We just got the engineering quote back, and we're discussing it here now. Still a lot to be done; engineering, pole line attachment application, approval, materials purchase, construction, etc. This is a long process.

Sad to hear, I have personally hoping we would see some first deployment by end of year or early jan 2014, but from what you describe Dane, sounds like the first fiber connections will be going live around a year out from now.
