Thanks Daniel, that's a good point. Ill have to see if I can figure out where Sonic's tariffs are published.

The tariff only includes telephone not internet charges and the most recent update was 2014. The highest monthly rate listed is $15/mo. So I guess the current bundled rates are secret.
