And therein lies my puzzlement - these are not new loops, except in accounting terms. The loops from the CO to the posts and into my house tot he Sonic equipment already there (and functioning until Sonic dropped the ball) are all in place.

If AT&T is coming out to attach another set of loops besides the ones that were used by Sonic until a few days ago and that are already in place then I am impressed. Not in a good way, mind you.

They are "new" in the sense that the disconnected ones no longer exist. And if they've cleared inventory, it seems likely the new loops may land in the same place the old ones were; the system would favor that outcome, to reduce the need for truck rolls. Our fault, I know, and I apologize! But I'm glad we're able to coordinate quickly to get the situation resolved.
