Slow DNS in Berkeley

Ya I have a SMART/RG router from you guys and don't have anything special set up for DNS, tried switching to use 8.8.8.8 yesterday but didn't notice any improvements. This issue just appeared out of the blue last week after multiple years of smooth sailing. Tried power off/on for the router, my pc, and the white box connected to the wall cable but nothing changed

Have you tried rebooting the SmartRG?
