Sonic uses 2 different AdTran ONTs for 10Gbps service, the 622v (https://help.sonic.com/hc/en-us/article ... dTran-622v) and the 822v (https://help.sonic.com/hc/en-us/article ... dTran-822v). Note that the web pages refer to the front and back of the ONT. When wall mounted, they are, respectively, the top and bottom. Each has 2 Ethernet ports with one of them labeled 10GE ). The Ethernet cable should be plugged into the 10G port with the other end connected to the WAN port of your router. Before doing further troubleshooting, you should check that the cable is connected correctly.
