Contacts all messed up

I am using Vista and computer came back from shop with all the addresses in my contacts list being by email address listed. Nothing I can do or can the tech at Sonic on phone do.

I have 145 addresses and to hunt and pick them out of the mess takes long time and I have to stop and ask myself if I want to send to each one or not depending upon the topic of the matter at hand.

This is impossible and need fix now. I am very busy all day on the computer dissemnating and receiving matters of importantance to those of us who worked together in the U.S. Gov.

Help needed soonest.

It will be a big pain to have to change my ISP and phone provider.

More than likely, your contacts list is located directly on your computer and not at Sonic at all. Changing ISP's isn't going to change anything.

What mail client are you using? Most email clients allow you to sort your contact list by any of the fields such as first or last name, etc. Your repair shop may have resorted your list while doing whatever you asked them to do.

I have done all I can do to try to get them by last name and not by email address.

Sonic could not solve and will try again with them today.

This pc is going to be back up and will today also switch to the one I wish to use regularly. It is a Windows 7 vice Vista.

P.S. all web sites now very slow to open and scroll down in??
