Old URL still being accessed through shopping cart

I spoke with tech support and they directed me here for an answer to my question.

About 2 years ago we changed the path of our shopping cart secure server from

https://ssl.sonic.net/cgi-bin/todd1216/commconfig.cgi

to https://ssl.sonic.net/cgi-bin/alliedlut ... config.cgi

However, some of our customers that bookmarked us with old url, place orders via our shopping cart and the old URL still works. This is causing some problems in various areas, and I asked tech support if there was a way to disable the old path. This is still my question.

There are nearly identical files for both the todd1216 account and the alliedlutherie - you may want to investigate what is different between the two, as I suspect they may be cross-referencing each other.
