New Webmail program is worthless overseas

The new webmail program is fairly unreliable when using overseas. On multiple occasion the page would load (slowly) but no mail would show - and there was mail in the account. Often when sending a message the program freezes and the browser has to be quit. I have gone back to the legacy programs which work fine, in addition to being faster.

Also there is no easy way to add mail to a blocked sender list.

Please fix all these issues and/or do not remove the legacy apps.

In order to find a solution for the problem, we first need to hunt down what might be causing it.

Can you provide more information about your type of connection? If you're comfortable with the command line, can you get us latency results when pinging sonic.net? If not, (and bandwidth caps are not an issue) can you provide speed test results? Any other information about the type of computer you're using, the operating system, the browser and the versions of each would also help us.
