AT&T admits to fraud. This is pretty darn shocking:

Apparently AT&T was paid $1.50 per minute to handle relay calls for people with disabilities, but took no care the users were, say, even from the united states. Word got out among Nigerian scammers who used the service to relay purchases using stolen credit card numbers. AT&T's response was to keep collecting the $1.50 per minute.
