All my attempts at spam filtering either end up with my friends' e-mails trapped in graymail, from which there is no escape, rather like a black hole, or with tons of spam in my inbox, which is equally frustrating and horrible.
I'm pretty sure people have written doctoral dissertations on how one might completely eliminate spam without losing wanted mail, but we've got documentation up at
https://wiki.sonic.net/wiki/Spam_FAQ
Graymail can be delivered you your inbox through the interface at
https://members.sonic.net/email/graymail/ by marking either the rightmost or second-to-rightmost checkbox (I know, checkboxes, right?) next to it on the list, then clicking the "submit" button. There should be a key explaining what the icons atop those columns are,
. . . and by the way, I went to your FAQ site early on (years ago!) to try to get help with this problem, and it has NEVER been resolved. In order to check and answer my mail, I am already opening it in Webmail to see if something is so large it will slow down my mail download to a standstill, and then delete anything huge (6 MB or something), then download my mail to use the spam features in Outlook, read my mail, mark spam (without opening it!) and delete it, and answer e-mails. I then go back to the site periodically to see if anything I SHOULD be getting in my inbox has wandered into graymail by mistake. I have never, following your instructions, the instructions in the FAQ pages, or even while talking to a tech person, had any success in keeping an e-mail in the inbox long enough to be downloaded to my computer once it has been in graymail. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I wanted to KEEP some of them. It looks like your new Wundermail is no better.
