Why is there a number inside an oval on the voicemail tab when all voicemail history has been deleted? How can I get rid of this white font number with the red background?
Thanks for posting your question. Currently, tapping a voicemail message does trigger the message to be marked as "read" on the Fusion Voicemail servers, but the icon does not update as it should. It WILL update if you go to "Line Selector" and tap the Fusion Voice line you wish to view. The GOOD news is that the HOME screen badge (the badge that appears on the icon on the iOS HOME screen) *is* correctly functioning.
