I have just set up my personal domain hosting and clicked the "Install Wordpress" button. The one minute warning message came up, and the progress scroller rolled for a bit, then the mini window for this action blinked, and the window did not advance to the next step. The progress scroller continued to spin, blink and reload the mini window for more than 10 minutes before I stopped it.

I then started the process again, but there was no difference in behavior for another 5 minutes. Now I do not know if the WordPress files were correctly installed, nor how they are configured.

The personal domain is sdlotu.com.

It's somewhat strange that it took so long. We will look into that issue.

Did you ever get a popup window prompting you to setup a username or password?
As long as you created a username and password it should be already to go.
You should be able to login and make posts, change themes etc.

Thanks for your reply.

I returned home and tried the install process a third time, which did complete successfully and allow me to create my userID and password.

I have no explanation why it would fail twice in the afternoon, then succeed a few hours later.
