I've been having periodic dropouts, where gmail or other services freeze for a bit. Support first tells me to look at the Pace 4111N's logs, then... after I complain I can't find them... tells me they are accessible by support only.

Huh?
From Sonic?

Why can't we customer see the logs?

try /xslt?PAGE=C_4_0 to get logs on the router.. can anyone guess sonic's baked-in-firmware pw?

users of Bell and AT&T have this "locked-in" syndrome as well...

I'm disappointed that I can't see my logs. I've found those to be critical to troubleshooting and security monitoring.

Yeah, I just figure sonic of all people would put the hacks and workarounds on the sonic wiki...
