I'm attempting to install Moodle but on install, I get an error that the Parent Directory (/nfs/www/WWW_pages) is not writeable. I've attached a screenshot of the install screen with the default paths and the error. What is the path I should use for the data directory?

This is What I Need
" a place where Moodle can save uploaded files. This directory should be readable AND WRITEABLE by the web server user (usually 'nobody' or 'apache'), but it must not be accessible directly via the web. The installer will try to create it if doesn't exist."

If you're installing Moodle as part of your site, you'll want to have all directories at or below the base directory. Your current base directory for calserves.org is:

/nfs/www/WWW_pages/sbucy/calserves.org

Try these values: (substitute the base directory in place of $BASE)

Moodle directory: $BASE/elearning
Data directory: $BASE/moodledata
