Is Personal Hosting only wordpress?

Is the Personal Hosting service only wordpress, or is wordpress just an option I can use?

I have a simple website consisting of an html file and a few images, but I don't want it in the context of a blog or anything. Will I be able to upload an index.html & the images to my Personal Hosting and be good to go?
